The City of Nokia organised a design/bid competition for a new elementary school. The new school is to be situated so that it is built next to the old one on the same site. After the new school is finished, the old building will be demolished. The arrangement caused difficult positioning of the building, which we turned into advantage.

The building was done in collaboration with Perko Architects and Lujatalo Construction. Our building was by far the most economic overall while being architecturally eloquent.
